Another year of games I mostly haven’t found time to play! I think Talos Principle gets it for puzzles, brilliant Jonas Kyratzes writing, atmosphere and beauty, even if I’m not wholly convinced I’d classify it as an adventure game. That means Blackwell Epiphany loses out, which is a shame because that was great too. And I think Mind:Path to Thalamus was in 2014 too - that was gorgeous and had some nice puzzles and I liked it a lot, even if a few ‘boss’ sequences got a little too actiony.

Tricky one this year but in the end I had to go for Blackwell. TWAU was great though as was BS5.

Tesla Effect for me. But I also greatly enjoyed J.U.L.I.A., Wolf Among Us, Broken Age and Broken Sword 5.
