I don’t recognize this bike, bit submarine is from Grim Fandango Remastered.
Well, not exactly remastered. I took that screenshot back in 2000, while playing GF for the first time ever.

Yet another bike I missed! 
This one, along with the Necronomicon bike, I had saved in a folder on my previous PC that went ‘pop’ so I know this one is from Doc Apocalypse.
There is lots of bikes in ags, even more that I thought. The bike I missed (expected to be) in your fantastic quiz was from Syberia: The World Before
