Nelly Cootalot: The Fowl Fleet will release on Steam on March 22.  Tom Baker from Dr. Who will be voicing one of the characters.  Here’s the You-tube announcement:
Nelly Cootalot  I’m looking forward to it.

Thanks Lady K!, that’s reminded me that I downloaded Spoonbeaks Ahoy! but have yet to play it!  Smile

This one’s a winner. A tad on the easy side, but it more than makes up for it with snappy dialogue and top-notch voice acting. It’s funny, too!

Thanks Lady Kestrel Laughing

I thought the game was great. The story was fun and amusing, the voice acting was great. As others have mentioned, most puzzles were a bit on the easy side but I would rather have logical, slightly too easy puzzles than the nonsensical puzzles that occur far to often in games like the Deponia series.

I hope they do a sequel of Nelly Cootalot, I would back it again on Kickstarter.

I have to say that the Adventure Gamers review pretty much nailed it alongside the comments here. A really fun game and one that could be recommended to someone who was looking for a start in the AG genre. The only complaint that I have is that you can’t turn off the sub-titles and that’s not much of a complaint Smile
Here’s hoping for a new instalment some time in the future.
