I’ll nominate and lead “The Epsilon Outcome”.

It’s a fairly short game, quite accessible, with fun puzzles and lots of heart.

If I can manage to save enough money this month, I can justify dishing some clams for “Riddle of the Sphinx: The Awakening”. So that vote is on hold until later notice.

I’ll nominate “Yoomurjak’s Ring” as well, just to see what happens.

My vote goes to The Shapeshifting Detective, I could play it with my wife as she loves any kind of procedural TV shows.

I have to get a new computer before I can play the new version of ROTS, Luhr, but I did play through the old version several times.  I’m not sure if any of the puzzles are different between the two, but I could lead it if necessary.

I don’t think they’re different at all, besides the remastered graphics.

In fact it would probably have made more sense to just list the original ROTS for voting, so anyone who owns the older version or doesn’t want to spend as much can still participate along with those who own the remaster.

I’ll nominate “Yoomurjak’s Ring” as well, just to see what happens.

Colour me interested, just finishing my first playthrough and it’s really quite an extraordinary game, much better than I thought it would be. I’d be happy to volunteer to lead it if no-one else wants to?

Also a vote for the Shapeshifting Detective please.

I know Shapeshifting Detective had a great review here. But I just don’t think it’s a game that I would like. Particularly after experiencing the spectacular Nelly Cootalot. So I’ll cast a vote for ROTS. Where is the remastered version available?

Edit: I just looked at the trailer for Epsilon Outcome. Wasn’t impressed with the graphics, and what I read told very little about the story. Still, it’s only $7.99 on my most-hated download platform. Plus the video WT is only a little over an hour. Multiply by 4, since we don’t know what we’re doing and it’s still only a 4-hour game. So it’s not a huge time investment either. I’ll give it a vote.

I was thinking about this game myself. However, if the AG review is to be believed, the game is over 30 hours long. At our “standard” CPT pace of about 1 gameplay hour-per-week, that’s over six months. Sadly, too much time for me to devote to a single game. Frown

I mean, I don’t even know where to start with that.

According to the AG review, ROTS is 20+ hours. Will that take 20 weeks (4 or 5 months) do you think?

Even though I voted for it, I may withdraw if that is the case. To me, Nelly was a perfect game. Long enough that it kept you wanting more. Short enough to not be tiresome.
