I’d swear it’s a gate from a Pilot Brothers game.

Moby says its full title (the game’s, not the gate’s) is Pilot Brothers: On the Track of Striped Elephant.

Yes, that was easy.
More specifically, it’s from the Western localised re-release version.

The original version has a gate that looks like this:

Of course, everyone played Pilot Brothers. At least, Pilot Brothers: On the Track of Striped Elephant is a game that everyone played at least three times.
