It would Not be an adventure.. (fun thread)
For your own safety never click on the “you know(s)” link!
Especially if you have a heart condition
It would not be an adventure game if my heart wouldn’t go thumping like crazy while playing it.
Ok, I overdid it.
i wish i still get this feeling, i cant say i dont, absolutely, but its rare, very.
Well, I play four or five adventure games a year - that’s why I’m still excited about them.
I guess you play hundreds dozens of them in the same period.
Everybody wants to be Cary Grant.
Even Me.

OMG, such a bad game. The one thing I really liked was the weird zooming in on objects, never seen anything like it.
Pretty bad, particularly those two moments I mentioned (had to use a w/t, and I’m glad I did). The weird zooming was also used in Lost in Time by Coktel Vision, that’s why people compared 2044 to it and that’s why I wanted to try it out. Only 2044 lacked those inventive MacGyver puzzles and, well, the story. The whole (short) journey felt absolutely pointless.
Oh yes, it would not be an adventure game without a locked safe or two, with a combination hidden right there in the same room.
PC means personal computer
Based on most of these Myst isn’t an adventure game.
... if you cant roll back to wherever you left it in an instant; no stages or replaying thru parts to get there, and all that crap.
