This game is nothing like Pilgrim: Faith as a Weapon, but has the same genre classification on MobyGames.
I suspected it might be sorted as educational, but there’s 0 (zero!) screenshots on Mobygames. Well played, Sir!

It is avaliable on Itch.io and there are a few screenshots there too. Even better you can “name your own price” and try it out.
