Adventure game scene… uh, game (continued)
Under a Killing Moon
An adventure game is nothing more than a good story set with engaging puzzles that fit seamlessly in with the story and the characters, and looks and sounds beautiful.
Roberta Williams
Lucien found it! It is from the game’s intro.
Absolutely typical! Have a second pop at one of these scenes and wrong. Hey ho. Don’t visit for a day and the next screen is from my previous suggested game which I would have spotted immediately and the one after that would have taken me half a second to name. It’ll be six months before I even have any sort of idea I expect.
Life is what it is.

This is a tricky one: it bears a strong resemblance to Jazz and Faust so I guess that’s not it.
It could always be worse, remember that.

sarcasm.
However you are of course correct.

Ouch!
Don’t scream - I posted a thumbnail first because this is not too obscure a game (and to see if Marek & Co. fixed the forums). If nobody recognises the tiny one, I’ll post a large(er) screenshot in a couple of hours.
This was fas fast, wasn’t it?
It could always be worse, remember that.

Not TOO obscure?? What are you talking about. OF COURSE everybody who loves GK2 recognizes Gabe dressed up for the opera in the real actor’s dressing room.
Now playing: ——-
Recently finished: don’t remember
Up next: Eh…
Looking forward to: Ithaka of the Clouds; The Last Crown; all the kickstarter adventure games I supported
It’s far too small for me and I still don’t know why you don’t post larger ones first, but think it might be 7th Guest?
Edit: or not. Guess I just don’t love GK2!
Not TOO obscure?? What are you talking about?????
You never heard of diverting the enemy, did you?
GK2 = The Beast Within: A Gabriel Knight Mystery (that’s Gabe dressed up for the opera in the real actor’s dressing room)
Precisely!
Your turn.
I still don’t know why you don’t post larger ones first
I belive Fien just (forcefully) demonstrated to you why.
It could always be worse, remember that.
mjp
I too wish you would post larger ones, Zorba!
It’s no fun guessing big screenshots, Fiannon!
You wouldn’t be so devious as to post a (freshly taken) screenshot from a game you’re (re)playing right now, would you Fien?
What was its name? Frequency? Interference? Resonance?
It could always be worse, remember that.
mjp
Devious is my middle name, Mr. Borzaks. Your turn. And make it BIG, or Oscar won’t stand a chance.
BTW, goulash and cheap Italian wine don’t go together. Goulash screams for beer.

OK, but remember - you asked for it:
It could always be worse, remember that.

And make it BIG, or Oscar won’t stand a chance.
You can take that as a given with most screens. I don’t think I can ever hope to overtake you or zobraks in sheer gaming experience
For this one I’ll guess Culpa Innata, which I haven’t played but the colour scheme looks right.
