Adventure game sound… uh, game
Now, that’s an interesting thing… The theme is used is both KQ4 and SQ3, and I guess I always assumed that the KQ4 version was a reference to the SQ3 one. But KQ4 was first, right? (1st SCI game and all that…) So is the Astro Chicken theme in SQ3 actually a reference to KQ4? That feels weird. Or are they both referencing some older piece that everyone should recognize (but I don’t)?
I’m also curious. It’s like an easter egg! 
I couldn’t find anything, all I know is that I used to hear the Chicken Reel song many times in cartoons 
but other then that .....

I didn’t know the theme was in KQ4, I always heard it as the one and only Astro Chicken theme. Bonus points for kate and kurufinwe for pointing that out!
The only other thing to note is that I took that particular song from SQ3. I know the SQ3 and SQ4 Astro Chicken themes are slightly different so maybe the KQ4 theme is different as well? Still, it’s a theme used across several games and I would have accepted SQ4 anyway. So well done!

It is a tiny bit different, yes. It also has some pauses that the SQ ones don’t have.
I really like and it’s a fun thing that after all these years we still find new things in old games!

It’s just an italian who sells you a sandwich, and a chinesse guy’s laundry place from New York but I did have fun naming them Pizza and Chinatown 
(I haven’t tried that before)
