Sotc is full of great moments but I think my favorite is reaching the last colossus and the ending

I love this one, one of the moments you should not ever be spoiled. They managed to recreate a “I am your father” level of twist in a game.

Half-Life Episode 2 ending - and we still don’t have a follow-up…

Fallout 3 - Megaton and Tranquility Lane
Resident Evil 4 intro village - probably the best intro for a action game, hust replayed it recently on the PS4
