Doooom is legit, proves yet again that in the end, it boils down to optimizing controls to make them feel like Oldschool Drug , now long lost in gaming.
No reloads, no regen, no bullshit….just badass shooting extravaganza at frentic 60fps.
Epic assault on your senses with mickgordon music.
Just what was lost and dying fps feel, is back.

Yeah, Doom is great. No bull cover regen health setpiece. Just hop around and kill a bunch of monsters.

I really had no interest in Doom, but the more I hear about it, the more that’s changing. I didn’t like Doom 3, but it sounds like they got it right this time.
