Adventure game scene… uh, game (continued)
buried deep in a pile of shareware cd-roms:
Something about this game is incredibly familiar. But that doesn’t make up for the fact that it’s probably been 30+ years since I’ve played it or read about it.
Blimey, the graphics is triffic, even for 1972.
It could always be worse, remember that.

But really, context is important. If she happens to be a blow up doll, it’s close to photorealistic. If it’s a real person… not so much.
ALL CAPS, ALL CLASS.
I have mixed feelings about this game, but there’s something fascinating about a veterinarian just putting a movement conservative power fantasy out into the world, inspired by Sierra and.. a couple of b-movies and spy novels, I suspect.

I could make better computer graphics with a mouse tied to my *beeeep*, believe me.

Maybe so, but mice weren’t invented until after 1972. So you’d have to make do with just your *beeeep*.

Not true. The forerunner to the mouse, the trackball, was invented around 1946 and patented in 1947. The first “mouse” was demonstrated in the very early Sixties and a usable version available in the late Sixties.

I can think of a couple of games that look like they were designed using that particular technique. Might have to throw one in the mix sometime in the future of this thread.
edit:
Someone please guess, just throw a couple of words from the hints and the screenshots together. Put this dumpster fire out, before the brakes give in and someone gets hurt by incendiary waste.
I finally remembered where I had seen those girls before: Danger UXD!

I think we’ve reached a point where I should just say: you’re absolutely correct! zobraks, the board is yours!
Lone Eagle: Colombian Encounter.
I feel like I brought a homebrew cartridge to the party and now the red light on the console is blinking.

Like hell it is!
