I believe I see a blurry FMV in there 
The crazy style reminds me of Blue Ice, but that’s not it.

For some reason, the blue colour and texture of the walls make me think of Lifestream or The Filmmaker.

That screen looks like it is from either Conspiracies one or two but I am not sure which one. I will take a shot it being fron the original #1

Thank you for the link, it worked perfectly. Everything I searched for ended up with the now abandoned developers game web site. I don’t use Doo…Coo…Poodle search engine, can’t even say the name. Yahoo is the one for me. The developers web site, Nihilis, is no longer live, at least as far as I could find.

Yeah? You must think I’m very stupid. Makes no difference whether you type the words nihilis dead city download in Google or in Yahoo. The very first hit… yes, the very first hit… is the one you’re looking for.
