Ok so….here’s my current desktop 
Combine Water with Condom to get Water balloon
Somewhat coincidentally I took a desktop screenshot yesterday! So here it is:
(Had to edit it down as the original, with black space, is 2560x1600 which was a little large for here

Haven’t played Dreamfall though yet.
