I’m new, but I’m not, dig?
I’ve spent a lot of time here in the past, but it’s been SO LONG that none of my attempts to revive my old account were successful. Heck, I’m not even sure what my user name was or the email account I used with this board.
But hey, the take away is, I’m back!
Ciao!
Welcome back, stranger!
Forgive me for not remembering someone who doesn’t remember himself.
PROM, NAPOL, PROM! - The Rise of the Golden Idol
Maybe some older members could help me remember who I am, shake me from this amnesia. These names look familiar: Jatsie, rlpw, tsa, Squinky (we live in the same state), Jelena, Lady Kestrel, some others ...
... am I using the same handle that I use’ta? My real name is Chris.
I think.
I remember a guy called milkytoast or crunchymilkwithtoast or milkwithcrunchytoast. Something along that line. The two of you must have a lot in common.

... except, I don’t have even a SPECK of cereal!
You had spaces in your name before, but all the right words are there.

Quest for Knowledge
I’m hoping to find name for game that I played long ago
The people here so well-informed, someone is sure to know
A time machine, grandfather clock, I give it to myself
Oh never mind, the box is sitting there upon my shelf
For real retro gaming nerds, name that game.
389 posts in Thread Must Die. Not one of the top posters (Mr Lacey had an eye-watering 11,009) but still quite respectable.

That’s it! Thanks.
But I used another email address then, which is no longer available, so I can’t reset the password. I guess my only options are to try and guess that password, or just carry on with this new account and pretend to be a newbie, eh?

Eyewatering, that’s right. That’s the effect boredom has on the eyes.
11,000 of those posts consisted of one or two or three characters.

PROM, NAPOL, PROM! - The Rise of the Golden Idol
Good afternoon!
I posted in the “New Here?” thread this morning, but I’m not new. When I tried to reregister, the applet said that my e-mail address wasn’t available. Assuming I still had an account, I typed in my username but then reset my password, so here I am.

Welcome back, Mystical. Btw, you had 16 posts in the archives.
The truth can’t hurt you, it’s just like the dark: it scares you witless but in time you see things clear and stark. - Elvis Costello
Maybe this time I can be strong, but since I know who I am, I’m probably wrong. Maybe this time I can go far, but thinking about where I’ve been ain’t helping me start. - Michael Kiwanuka
I wish I could do that Mystical, but my old account is associated with an email address that I never have.
Welcome back.
