The Unofficial Adventure Gamers James Bond movie ranking tournament
I also have to add that the bad guys in the peak of our movie list are really memorable.
The bad guys often make the movie. Most of the time because they get to ham it up.

Lee Edward McIlmoyle,
Probably NOT the kind of guy you think he is.
Just a thought, is this a big plot hole in Casino Royale?
After Le Chiffe loses all his money due to Bond stopping the attack on the plane, M says Le Chiffe has lost all his clients money and now he’s making a card game to keep try and win it back.
Er…if they already know he’s desperate to get the money back, wouldn’t it be better to just go get him at the casino?
The only thing I can think of is they don’t have any reason to arrest him etc at that point and they needed him to come to them?

From the Headscratchers page of TV Tropes:
That’s really not how international operations work — you can’t really send a team of armed personnel to break up something like that without getting the country’s cooperation, and Le Chiffre had the authorities there in his pocket. Besides, that wouldn’t get them a deal with Le Chiffre anyway. The idea was to make him lose the money so that he would have to seek asylum with MI6. If they just wanted him grabbed, they could have done it — what they wanted was to put him in a position where he’d have to cooperate and give them information about the terrorist organizations he has provided banking services to.
Plausible enough to work for me.

Ah, okay. I was just curious. Thanks.
