It was never released in the UK. You'll need to import it on eBay.

They haven't been hugely successful. They published another game in their native Russia, but I'm not aware of that even reaching the US.

Big Rigs is well worth playing (certainly worth what I paid for it ¬¬¬) - you won't regret it, smitto!

Don't forget to test out the super reverse gear.
Did this game do any permanent damage?

Permanent damage to what? My faith in publishers to control the quality of their products? Possibly. My computer? Nope.

For added fun, install the patch. Then you get an extreme version of Big Rigs, though if you hang onto the original executable file you can choose which version you play.

It adds some sound effects, and the other vehicle moves. Though it stops before the finish line, so you still can't actually lose!

Oh right I knew about that. I thought it might have added in that missing 4th level or seomthing.

Btw there isnt even a triger for the computer to win, if you tab to the computer and drive it then tab backl to your truck just as its about to pass the finish line nothign happens

I loved Halo. It was terrific fun 2 players. But by the sound of it, half of the people here haven't the liberty of playing 2players with people(?)

I'd say The Longest Journey, Gran Turismo (OOOooo - such realism! I'm wetting myself), Metal Gear Solid 2 (didn't live up to hype), Final Fantasy X (worst FF game and yet some have quoted as the greatest game of all time >.<)

This is an outdated list. I should probably update it at some point to add the next fifty or so games I must have bought (at least) in the interim.

Note that this includes games in original, budget and covermounted forms, along with games that are ex-commercial and now legally available for free. All of these are legitimate, though.

Oh man, I so have to try this. Sound effects? Madness.

That's an impressive list of games you've got there.

Okay, I've updated it now (see previous link). It's gone up from 320 to 408, and probably still isn't complete.

I should point out that this only includes PC games, though my console game ownership measures at far lower numbers .

I love Halo. Guess it's a love it or hate it kinda game. Dunno, something about its smoothness and epic quality... a reasonable narrative, if not mindblowing... some nice designwork even if those squeaky oiks were a peculiar choice of badguy (although that did bring some pleasure in hunting them down and blowing them away) ... The AI was pretty good too. Thinking about it, for 2001 it still looks pretty good. Not mindblowing, but good.

...

... people don't like it? Sheesh!

Incidentally, you may not be able to find Big Rigs Karmillo, but you can still pick up Gods and Generals on the Xplosiv! label. Quite possibly the worst FPS of all time, and also so bad that it's funny.

Anyway, I'm younger than you, and don't plan on dying any time soon.
