Godammit, Hammerite. Where'd you even find that album? I've checked everywhere (and I'm talking local new/used record shops that specialize in "indy" stuff) and haven't been able to find a single Tortoise album. I want TNT, Millions Now Living Will Never Die, and Standards so, um, bad. Guess I'll have to order them.

Listened to it on t'internet, me old friend.
I can't really find any Tortoise in my local area...
There must be some magical post-rock CD emporium where you can find everything from Labradford to Fly Pan Am.

Mogwai - Mr. Beast.

Definitely more accessible, but still good and original.

Mogwai's early stuff is where it's at.

Also, mabe you know already, but Thrill Jockey has all of Tortoise's albums available to listen to online in total (but only one song at a time). I've decided to get Millions Now Living..., TNT, and Standards as a result.

Now playing: 1 Giant Leap.
