I'm a bit in a hurry now Upsie, just wanted to expresses my admiration for the glass-pictures! They're stunning!
When I come home, in a week or so, I'll take a closer look at the puddles.

Woot indeed!
How's everything in Looe? Have you tried any of the restaurants yet, and have you been down to the beach? Mr J and I just got back after ten days at sea. I'll post pics later.

Woot, indeed.
... Ah, now I get it... (Edit: And what are the chances that she would use the same exact line at the same time?) Also, I took more pictures of glasses (or rather, one glass, this time with drink in it too ). A bit later than those before though, I think... And here's one with a slightly different filter: http://i627.photobucket.com/albums/t...d/DSC04342.jpg (actually pretty nice colors, I might just like that one... more? Hmm, could I?) And just a close-up to the space-colors there http://i627.photobucket.com/albums/t...04341Kopio.jpg |

Yes, we've had a delicious simple pizza in the restaurant next to Gruel's, and before that we saw the beach. We are not big 'beach boys' so we just looked at the people there, and that was nice anough. The weather was fine today so I made a lot of nice pitures, all of which I will eventually post on Flickr. But this one I had to post now .

During our stay there I got up early every morning (before the others got up) and walked down to the beach and out on the banjo pier (Martello tower in the game) and just enjoyed the scenery and the atmosphere. I'm such a sucker for coastal areas!

Some pics from our ten days in the archipelago .
A narrow passage/shortcut between two bays. Jaffa and I swimming. This must be one of the smallest pubs in Sweden. It's on the island Öja. Enjoying the summer night in a sheltered bay.

They had an even cooler bird, look:
It's a secretary bird. It kills snakes for a living by stamping on them. |

My two cents...
A few from Reigate Cemetery in Surrey, UK: Angel by amunptah, on Flickr Angel by amunptah, on Flickr Angel by amunptah, on Flickr Angel by amunptah, on Flickr Reigate Cemetery is one of the best I've found in the UK for fantastic memorial designs, only surpassed by the BIG ones, such as Highgate in London.
