Alright, I've got quite a few random pics, this time in smaller size too but I'll have to see if I'll post them all at once.

First of all, a squirrel! (Must be viewed as a series)

I was reading in the garden the other week and had a camera on my lap in case something interesting would happen, and what do you know... Also got a great glimpse of a (edit: ) Fieldfare finding food...

A few pictures of, eh, shades and light and such:

And a couple on a different filter:

I'll come back later...

(Edit): Actually, here's three pics more, of you-might-know-what-by-now:

How cool, that squirrel! I used to see them a lot on the Campus, but not anymore. And what kind of a bird is that?

It's a Fieldfare or Turdus Pilaris (somewhat unfortunate latin name). Very common around here at least. The main picture in the article is not the way it usually looks though, in the other pics on the bottom of the article is more on the usual look, for example the middle one.

Wikipedia is fantastic. I can easily find out what the bird is called in Dutch by clicking the link 'Nederlands' on the left. The bird, though you can also find it in NL, is not common around here. We usually have blackbirds here, and sparrows are also on the uprise again, luckily, after having been decimated because of new ways of building here. The newest houses have room for sparrows again, and you can also buy tiles with sparrow burrows in them, and nesting houses especially for sparrows.

Hm, I didn't even think about that when I took the picture. The thread is actually green, but you don't see that very well on the picture.

Just for Mike (), I've got time for one more squirrel picture:

Unfortunately not a perfect picture, but with these pictures you can't think too much (when taking them)

Yeah, I read you can shoot them at will, or something, because Prince Charles wants them wiped out.

Well, if demand is low then I won't. She's getting overexposed and is showing star behaviour .

I sometimes think I've made all possible Annabel pictures already. But here is another one:

I'll try to make some pictures of Annabel being naughty in the coming days. She's very inventive .

Someone who is a master at photoshop should blend the squirrel and Annabel, that picture would be fitting angle wise ..

heey stop the panning!

Yay for more adorable Annabel!
*says while a big bump on his forehead is evident and the pan is closeby*

Just got an idea if drew with a tablet, imagine Annabel in alert mode as solid snake while noticing the squirrel (metal gear style) with the question mark *saying metal squirrel?!!*
Sorry get some crazy ideas...
