That's so awesome! I want one too! Although, basically the IKEA dragon could be a Fullmetal Alchemist Ouroboros (I know the normal one usually doesn't have wings), because it has the wings. It only has to bite it's tail. -

Well, depending on whom you ask, an Ouroboros is either a mythical snake (that seems to be the common variant, mind) or a mythical dragon (biting itself in the tail in both variants, of course, that's the whole point of Ouroboros, afterall). Sharing for the sake of cementing your statement about the IKEA dragon.
Nonetheless, the magnets in the plushie snake make it a so much more convinient Ouroboros.

when i was living in texas, in nineteen ninety nine. the bear and i [that is, the person i was living with] went to a renaissance faire. the upshot of this is that we met a guy working at a real coin stamping press who was making amulets. i had a look at his designs and about as soon as the faire was over, i had three comissioned. one for bear, one for myself and one for Sir. [it's a long, long story.]
one side of the amulet is a wolf and the other side is a bear. i lost it for a little while until i was cleaning up, but i found it again. it's something i'd never part with. Sir gave me a ring, too, [and it was the only piece of jewelery that i'd ever wear] but that and a sentimental crucifix that i'd been given by a friend in one of the darkest times of my life got stolen from me in a train robbery one evening as i was coming home from school. i now keep the amulet next to my computer.

You wouldn't by any chance be willing to share where you got that Ouroboros plushie from, no? Also, I forgot to mention some of my greatest treasures: Wullewack the Duck, Schlängli the Snake (needs a new cover, he's a bit grubby already), and Katzi the Cat. The names of Katzi and Schlängli are very typical for plushies. "Katze" is the German term for "Cat" and "Schlange" is the German term for "Snake". Wullewack is a bit more atypical, even though Wullewack is at least as old as Katzi. -

What did you do Robsie? The most sensible action is to roast it.

I didn't do much. I think it was trying to wish me a Happy Birthday around this time last year.
Anyway, here's the obligatory photographic evidence... Note the savage eyes, the evil mouth and the strangely-coloured hair. And note Wullewack too. |

Um... why has it taken you over two months to come up with a reply?
And can I claim you as my worthless treasure? |

I think you'll find that I just called her worthless. And she's taken by Hammerite and Eureka, anyway .

This is true. Still, I find it adorable. And we just can't have that on these forums.
