Default What country are you from?

What country are you from and where do you live now if that's different?

We have so many people on this English-speaking forum that are from other countries - I think it would be interesting to see which countries are best represented here. For instance - look how many are here from Finland! Great!

I'm from Boston, Massachusetts, USA - 4 yrs ago moved to Sarasota, Florida.

Germany. As you can see on the left though, *points* I am currently beyond the Pattern of Reality. Mostly at the Shore of Wonder. I just love the stars.

American by birth, Southern by the grace of God.
I was born and raised in North central Alabama, in the Southeastern US. Except for the three years I was in Savannah, Georgia, I've lived here all my life.

Mexico, or more especifically, in the north of Mexico, the border with Texas is around a couple of hours from here.

Close enough to go almost every weekend to the US, but not close enough to have all the problems of the border

From the West Coast of Finland. A town called Vaasa. 60000 people live here. At least 25% of them speak swedish more than finnish, damn.

This line is extremely quoteable.

But always remember: My Moon Goddess can beat up your Sun God

I'm from Alkmaar, Netherlands where I grew up and lived for 18 years, although I spent my summers in the forests of southern Sweden...

For the last three years I've been studying in Middlesbrough, UK.

I can imagine it to be pretty costly. Though it would be nice to be close to the British Museum, and it's library in the middle (and the Egyptian Collection! *tries not to drool on the Stone of Rosette, but fails miserably* )

From Birmingham, England (lived there for 30 years over two spells). Also lived in South Africa for 4 1/2 years and now live in Munich, Germany, which has been my home now for 3 1/2 years.

Next stop maybe New Zealand sometime in the future, a place where both Megs and I would like to live .................
