I'm from Slovenia... or Slovakia... or Slavonia... Well here's how it goes... I live in Slovenia, all my mail goes to Slovakia and most people never heard of Slavonia.

Come to think of it, most never heard of any of them

United States of America, born in the state of Indiana, moved to various places when I was younger while my dad (in the Navy) was transferred about like a hot potato -- finally Virginia, Connecticut (8 years), and Virginia again (since 1992). I think I'd like to move to Nevada soon, and live near Las Vegas. Haven't been there yet, but it seems like such an interesting place.

I'm glad there are people from around the world here, but I get jealous when I hear about certain adventure games only being released abroad. I'm sure the feeling is mutual, though.

Anyhow, you're all an interesting and amazing bunch.

Talkin to me?!

Anyway, as you might know I'm from Finland. More precisely I was born in Ekenäs (Tammisaari in Finnish, population 15 000) in Southern Finland, moved about 50 kilometers to the west to Kimito (Kemiö in Finnish, population 3 300) when I was 4 years old. I've been living there ever since, but this summer I'm taking the big step and moving about 50 kilometers to the Northwest to my own place in Finland's former capital, Åbo (Turku in Finnish, population 175 000) which just celebrated its 775th birthday.

It's gonna be great moving there!

The next time I attend the HQH* party in Turku, I must visit you, too.

YORKSHIRE!! YORKSHIRE!! YORKSHIRE!! YORKSHIRE!!

I am also the King of England and last night I had this bizarre dream that I worked for Hitler and was Rommels right hand man, yet I was also in the British Army at the same time.

So yeah, us Brits tend to be a bit f00ked up

I need my bed....NN all *thump*

What a coincidence, I live in Trondheim! Unfortunately, I will be working in my hometown on that date, though.

Edit: But you already read that I live in Trondheim from my avatar, didn't you

The Saarlandâ„¢, though I'm studying in Rheinland-Pfalz (Rhineland-Palatinate). That's where Bruce Willis was born or something.

I did! In fact, I live in Slavonia

Well, lived. I was born in Virovitica, a small Croatian town near the Hungarian border, but been living in Zagreb for 7 years now.

Now I see the violence inherent in the system.

Besides, I didn't know we had a king. I thought we were an autonomous collective.

Just remember that you can't expect to wield supreme executive power just 'cause some watery tart threw a sword at you!

I'm French.
So I dig French kissing after having eaten snails with garlic, and having not washed since a week

Do you live in Sweden, Henrik?

A cookie? That's not very Swedish. At least cultivate us a little with some unknown Swedish delicatessen. (Darn, somebody has knicked the roll eyes smiley )
