I've been on a magical journey around the Internet, lol.

Shortly after I decided to take a break from foruming for various reasons, my friend introduced me to the wonders of 4chan. I soon became a /b/tard and lost the ability to act like a normal human being online, succumbing to the life of the troll, and speaking in nothing but memes.

After that I went to hang out with the homos over at GayGamer. I made some friends, lost some friends, made some enemies, met people who sent me naughty photographs of themselves - all the things one would expect when a load of queers cluster together, lol. xD

I was inspired to check back in over here after I was playing the latest Ace Attorney game and I realised that I hadn't participated in any adventure game banter in a year and a half. (Also, I was concerned by reports that Squinky's monthly visitor has turned blue.)

In real life I graduated from university last May with a Bachelor of Laws - LLB (Hons) - then I dyed my hair fuchsia, then crimson, then purple, it currently needs redying as it all grew out, but now I have a beard instead because I stopped shaving in December, hehe.

I think that about covers it. I'm mostly bumbling around at the moment playing online PS3 games and watching my DVD boxsets of Dallas and Dynasty.

I played the demo, and I enjoyed it, but something just tells me I'd rather wait until the price drops by £10 or so before I buy it. I think I'm becoming cheap...

Law!

Everyone's becoming involved with jurisprudence here now!

I didn't know you studied law...

Out of curiosity - what did you "specialize" in?

Yeah, that was kind of scary, but the doctor said it was nothing to be worried about, so it's all okay.

Yeah, for some reason I used to be terribly ambiguous around here about what I was actually doing.

I didn't specialise in anything, bachelors degrees in law are about covering all the bases, so I did Contract, Tort, Land, Equity, EU, Civil Liberties & Human Rights, Criminal, Constitutional, and a load of optional areas too that I was allowed to pick from like Discrimination law, Marriage Law, International law, Criminal Evidence, Corporate law, Employment law.

So yeah, theoretically I should know a lot by now, and yet after all that I decided I have no desire to pursue a career in that field. xD

Well that's a relief, I mean I knew it was cold in Canada, but I was fairly certain you were intended to still be red-blooded like the rest of us.

Jatsie that is awsome...... I have an associates degree in Criminal Justice. After I finished my degree I didnt want to go into law either. All though I did enjoy my work as a probation officer. The only other thing that I might like to do besides teach at this point is go into forensics

But I'm glad that you have come back to us

That sounds fairly ambitious. A lot of my friends are involved in law, and I do a lot of their extra-curricular activities with them, even though that's not what I'm studying. It's interesting.

I'm now in college myself. It's not nearly as much fun as I had anticipated, though.

Why not? You, Upsie and me could go into business eventually.

The good thing about a law degree (at least here) is that it doesn't restrict you. You can really end up almost anywhere, and even if it has nothing to do with your work, it's always good to know that stuff.

I know I'm not going to become an attorney or a judge or anything in that area...

Man, I should have done law then.

Third degree, perhaps.

(Welcome back, Jatsie.)

Thanks, might I enquire what your second degree is? I remember you studying history at University College Oxford at the time, and we even had a common acquaintance which I concealed, hehe.

I would be quite willing to sell you my old books, perfectly unmarked.

Hmm? I'm a medic up in London now.

And it scares me that you were practically stalking me .

Welcome back dude. I hope you're going to take up your place in Thread Must Die! again.

Now you have this legal qualification are you planning to spike your hair, point, hit tables and shout objection a lot? (Not the only one playing Phoenix Wright games)

I assume you've heard news of the passing of Blake Carrington (and the voice of Charlie in Charlie's Angels)

I was kind of thinking I might avoid that thread this time, too many wasted hours in there, then again that is where most of the amusing comments arise, so I suspect I'll wind up back in there sooner or later.

Actually, I was thinking more of whipping people and demanding perfection. ^^

Aww, you linked to The Telegraph just for me. Yes, I had heard the sad news, and I confess my ocular implant exhibited a slight malfunction whilst reading about it.
