2. Yes. I just had a friend of mine over and it was very 'gezellig' (that's a Dutch word for which no translation in any other language exists. 'Cosy' doesn't quite describe it). 2. 1. Yes.
2. Because I believe in its potential to make the world a better place. 3. I don't think I am any more "right" than anyone else is, solely because I practice a certain religion. I do, however, think that the religion I practice is right for me, and that's really all that matters. *** 1. If you are religious, how do you feel about atheists? If you are an atheist, how do you feel about religious people? If you are agnostic, how do you feel about both? 2. To what extent do you believe in absolutes? 3. To what extent do you believe in love?

1. As a result of my religious beliefs, I believe that atheists are incorrect in their belief that there is no deity. That said, I'm firmly of the opinion that people should be entitled to hold their own beliefs, and that we should all respect each other as far as this goes.
2. There's no such thing as an absolute . But seriously, I believe that absolutes exist, though I'm not sure if I've ever actually come across one. 3. I believe that it exists, though many people may never experience it, and many will continue to confuse love with lust. __________ 1. Is the glass half full, or half empty? 2. How much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood? 3. What do you think I should have asked as my third question (instead of this)? |
