Of course not. This love-hate relationship of ours is way more fun.

1. Yup. (Though it was ten years ago, so I didn't appreciate it as much as I probably should have.)
2. Somewhere with a lot of cool places to walk around and look at that's not incredibly touristy. I'm thinking somewhere European, most likely. 3. I hardly count the U.S. as "abroad", so no. 1. pleasant background music...very very over played. Personally, I'd rather not hear it again until 2058 at the very earilest. 2. No indeed it is not. I have seen this work "performed" three times, and each time, all the unimaginative, pretentious fools in the audience gave it a standing ovation, as if to say "see? we get theoretical music! we're very erudite." Bah! 3. The weather here has little bearing on my actual happiness, because it is sunny and warm year round. When I lived in Alaska, though, the long dark winters did leave me feeling sleepy, hungry, and depressed all the time. Light boxes were supposed to help but they had only limited effect. Personally I think hibernation is the best medicine- that or take up a winter sport like skiing. I feel happiest on rainy days; they make me want to go to the library, read books, brew coffee, and cuddle up at home. |

2. Nope 3. 'lol' was "invented", one might say, in 1902 by Sir Arthur Reginald Lawl. Historians believe that his unique laugh was referred to as "Lawling" among his friends at the Wimbledon society. Later people started spelling it "Lol", and in recent years, with the growth of Internet culture, it has been claimed it is an abbreviation for "laughing out loud". But now you know better. ------------------- 1. Are black and white cats more foul tempered than others? 2. Have you ever seen a female orange cat? 3. Have you ever encountered a male calico cat?

1. I don’t think so. My husband and I had a blonde cat a few years ago and that cat was horribly mean to my husband. One day my husband was playing with my daughter and the cat went nuts and attacked my husband. We had to put him down. I could not take the risk that he would attack my daughter 2. 1. Are you often ill?
No, I'm not often ill, but I do suffer from chronic cold. Doesn't matter what kind of weather we're having, big chance I have a cold... It has something to do with my mucous membranes. I had an operation on my nose so that I could breathe freely through my nose but that one worked for about a year... 2. Would you rather be at work or sick in bed right now? Sick as in don't-want-to-go-to-work sick or OH-MY-GOD-kill-me-now sick? If it is the first one, I'd rather be in bed 3. What will you have for dinner tonight? Going out for dinner tonight with some friends. We always go out for dinner on thursday since we got our degrees. Unfortunately, it is the only day in the week when we all see each other. Tonight we're having Mexican! 1. What do you do for a living? 2. Have you always wanted to do this? 3. Any big plans for the weeked?

1. Chocolate.
2. Så skall det låta. (A Swedish music "competition" show that's currently on its twelfth year. I was a bit worried when they switched hosts, but the new one exceeded my expectations and has been able to do a very good job. It's still as good, although it varies from episode to episode due to who the contestants are. It's based on "The Lyrics Board®", but I've never seen that show, so I don't know how alike it is, or how it compares in quality.) 3. No, but I don't hate it either. ---- 1. Large crowds or smaller groups of people? 2. Do you like team sports? 3. Why or why not?
