Trep, you didn't leave any questions, and sorry, Lumi, but I think I'll answer Jelena's instead.

1. What kind of food is typical Easter food where you live?
2. Are you particular about traditions or do you like to try new ways of celebrating holidays?
3. If I invited you over for my Swedish/Lebanese smorgasboard, would you come?

1. Ham and lamb are popular choices here.
2. I am rather particular about Christmas traditions, especially since our daughter became old enough to really enjoy them and both of my parents died, but other holidays are malleable. On the other hand, our tradition of going to the beach on Christmas Day grew out of our early married days, when we just couldn't wait another minute, and so opened all of our presents on Christmas Eve--thus rendering us bored to tears on Christmas Day. So while some of our traditons are meaningful, others have only gradually become so.
3. It sounds fantastic. I wish I could.

1. Do you know anyone who uses a catch-phrase--their own, or one belonging to a television personality? And do you want to throttle this person every time he/she utters it?
2. Do you like hats on men?
3. Did sexy really need bringing back, or do you think it was always there, lurking in the shadows, ready to spring on unsuspecting people?

1. I hear people at work quoting the same movies and TV shows. I just put my headphones on.
2. I'm tired of seeing baseball caps all the time, but generally I don't care one way or the other.
3. It's always been out in the open.

1. Do you participate in contests?
2. Would you rather watch women's sports over men's?

1. No. I'm not someone who always wants to win or be the best.

2. I'd rather watch no sports at all.

3. Yes that happens to me often, since I have to speak English a lot.

Here are my three questions then:

1. Do you like to 'test' the anti-lock brakes on your car when it's snowy?

2. How many white Easters have you seen in your life?

3. Do you like to experiment with food?

1. I've had use of the anti-lock brakes several times without deliberately testing them.
2. Plenty as I've lived up north where there's always snow during Easter.
3. I often blend different cuisines for instance in a buffét/smörgåsbord and I like to try out different dishes from other parts of the world. That's one way of experimenting I guess.

1. Only when someone marries or has died.

2. All this talk about Islam fanatics and Geert Wilders bothers me.

3. I believe people should believe whatever they want as long as they don't bother other people with it.

What do babies do, Alex.

Certainly not 43.

Skin-colored.

1. Who rules more: Tobias or Gob?
2. You think the whole Roswell debacle had any merit to it?
3. What colour is your underwear at the moment?

1. I have no idea what you're talking about, which should preclude me from answering this question, but I'm tired of waiting for someone else to do it.
2. Well, I think something crashed in the desert, and I doubt it was alien life forms. I don't hold with conspiracy theories, as they require a lot more secrecy and craftiness than one normally finds in the human race at large.
3. I am wearing pink and black striped pajamas. Does that qualify?

1. What gives you the willies?
2. Have you ever had food poisoning?
3. What's your favorite midnight-showing cult film?

Are you telling me you don't know who Tobias Fünke and Gob Bluth is? Preposterous!

They are characters from Arrested Development. Very good show.

The PJ's qualify.

2. No. We don't have Dexter's lab on TV anymore.

1. If you could be anywhere for a day where would that be? Space. I'd love to be an astronaut.

2. If you could destroy one animal/insect from the planet what would that be? Roaches, cuz they're bad for asthmatics like me. (supposedly)

3. What time apart from the present would you prefer to live in? Waaay into the future, just to see what's happened on Earth and if we're finally living on another planet.

1. Since the most successful ones are based around a relatively obscure common interest, I find them to be one of the best ways to make friends.
2. I like mine because it's a phone. Not a camera, not an MP3 player, not a web browser, not an inferior gaming console. A phone. That's really all I need it to be. That, and the fact that it doesn't ring all that much.
3. For one thing, I think the world would be a better place if we weren't all so obsessed with money, power, and sex.

1. Sometimes, but it kind of depends on the relationship. My husband is 9 years younger than me, and I often tease him about his preppie years. He, in turn, teases me about being a recovering hipster. But we have the same basic values and many of the same interests and we're still in love after 10 years time.
2. I think that sometimes the use of samples is brilliant and sometimes it's just lazy.
3. Don't borrow trouble. If they are good women, they wouldn't be so cruel.

1. Are you able to appreciate your own accomplishments?
2. Do you consider yourself a lucky person?
3. Do you believe in the concept of luck?
