I have three rings, and only wear them on my ring finger because they don't fit on another finger. One of them is a dragon curling around my finger, the other one is one ending in two duck heads, and that one is a nice irish braid. Oh, and considering that the irish braid has a bad habit of breaking at the point where the two ends join, it would be a bloody bad marriage ring. Actually, none of those rings could serve as a wedding ring in any way, because traditionally wedding rings are made from one piece without a joint (it's symbolic, you see. Neverending and all). They are not just a strip of metal linked at one point, they start out as rings. It complicates the whole thing a lot, but it's all for the sake of symbolism. So no, I'm not married, and probably never will. Yay! -
