PVDF Nitrocellulose Gels were transferred at the same time in the same buffer and I used the same antibodies. I wouldn't have thought seeing little black bands could make me happy but damn, I am almost weeping, I'm so happy. |

I don't get it. That mean you're pregnant, Melanie?

@Trep: NOT pregnant.
@Rob: They are both controls. They both have stomach and lung proteins (exactly the same) and I used my antibody against the protein I'm looking for and it's just telling me that using PVDF for these many moons has been a huge mistake and I wasted a lot of time (God that's depressing ). So now I'll use my experimental samples and see what kind of results I get. It's just a good day. Last edited by Melanie68; 11-08-2005 at 01:26 PM. |

Note to all, before I get any more jokes/worried posts:
I was joking. Me and seducing people go together like a duck and molten lava. |

But that's the only real match there's in the universe! Ducks are evil, so they should be burned - Nothing wrong with Medieval Logic, I always say. -

I tried hard to get him stop apologizing for everything. I think I'll have to get out the rolled up newspaper once again... -
