I don't mean to offend anyone or anything, I'm just curious about what makes people anticipating this game, and with it being third on the Hype-o-meter and all. Maybe it's because I'm not familiar with the cartoon and the characters. But if anyone wants to enlighten me, I would highly appreciate it.
For starters, the cartoon is cooler (and a lot more popular) than you might think. When I looked into it a few months ago to see if I would like the game, I quickly became hooked. So do check it out.
Also, after Sam & Max Season Two the mere fact that Telltale is making it is enough to create very high expectations. (And I personally quite trust them to live up to them.)
And then there are things like spot-on visuals, original voice actors (all two of them ), free roaming, and the like.

I wouldn´t consider Alan Wake an AG. From what I heard it´s more of an action adventure with more focus on adventure part, but still with action.

True. I am looking forward to 'Alan Wake' as well, though. I might have to stash some big pennies for a new PC to run it though. Ouch!

Hi everyone. This is my first post and I'm glad to meet you all!

I have to agree that I'm very eagerly anticipating Rhiannon - Beyond the Mabinogion

Love me some myth, history and spookiness in my games; the Welsh connection makes it all the better as far as I'm concerned.

I'm also curious to see what becomes of Raven's Hollow It seems like something that will be right up my alley.

Now that we know (or at least those of us who visited Celtic Corner with the REAL Nigel Danvers know) that Jonathan Boakes is starting work on the third Darkfall game I'm just itching to see what it's going to be. I trust Mr. Boakes to provide us with a very entertaining and thrillingly creepy good time.
