#10 is The Longest Journey I think, although I have no idea where from in the game.
#13 seems to be Loom and Crystalgard, though it could of course be a trick.
#18 is Curse of Monkey Island--the swordfight with Rottingham aboard his ship at the end of Part III.
#21 is Quest for Glory III. I think it's Uhura's theme, although I'm not quite sure.

LOL, listened to bits and pieces of the medley during the lunch break...

I'm pretty sure # 8 is from The 7th Guest (Foyer Entrances). Plus the penultimate track (which should be #25) is from Laura Bow 2 The Dagger Of Amon Ra, while the last one (#26, I guess) should be from Keepsake.

Looks like there 's something from Discworld and Atlantis too, but I can be mistaken...

Right, silly me. I got confused on the Loom track. It's Bishop Mandible.

And I do admit to using the Edit function perhaps a bit too often.

#12 is Angelo Badalamenti's score for Fahrenheit. I think it can be heard in many parts of the game, but let's say the main menu.

Those are hard. Some seem familar, especially 6 & 7, but I can't think of anything else right now.

EDIT: for keepsake, it's called Zak's song, I'm not sure when it plays (when he's on the ledge maybe?)

It's called "Yvette's Men".
Track #14 looks like LeChuck's Church in Escape From Monkey Island (as ski already wrote).
