Screen flickers in 3D games

I tried anything to find solution to this problem but i still have it... My screen flickers in every game that is 3D like:The Secrets of Da Vinci The Forbidden Manuscript, Nostradamus The Last Prophecy, Return to Mysterious Island and also in Black Mirror... it is not playable with that flickering at all... its little bit like a drunk eye hurting experience

... Please help ...
My configurations: Windows 7 Ultimate x32 Service Pack 1, Dual-Core 2.80GHz, RAM 2GB
I tried manage screen resolution, update all drivers i turned off aero theme... and everything else i read on the internet about this problem...
