I like watching movies in their original language but they usually come with English subtitles as I'm not proficient at other languages enough to do without them.

I don't really know if many of these games that have an original language other than English also come with English subtitles. But for me movies are different. I hate dubbing in movies but in video games, it's not that big of a deal because I can't tell it's being done.

That's different. Acting is always done with one particular language in mind. This is not, since they were working on all the languages simultaneously and the animations are universal.

From my work experience in business software, you always have a primary language you develop for (english in our case), and then you send the text to third party for translation. I'm pretty positive that's the case with games too. Taking a wild guess, I would say English just because of the superb quality of the voice overs.
