I like watching movies in their original language but they usually come with English subtitles as I'm not proficient at other languages enough to do without them.
I don't really know if many of these games that have an original language other than English also come with English subtitles. But for me movies are different. I hate dubbing in movies but in video games, it's not that big of a deal because I can't tell it's being done. |

From my work experience in business software, you always have a primary language you develop for (english in our case), and then you send the text to third party for translation. I'm pretty positive that's the case with games too. Taking a wild guess, I would say English just because of the superb quality of the voice overs.
