They probably mean "Console exclusives"

Quake 4 exclusive? Don't be silly, the first 3 games were for PC and I doubt they would do it exclusivly for Xbox.

Well you don't need to take my word for it, its already out on PC.

Project Gotham 3 is an exclusive as is the Rare games Kameo and Perfect Dark Zero.

I'm sure there are a few others like Gears of War and Halo 3 when it comes out. (Well at least exclusive for a little while)

There is also the Bioware game Mass Effect, and there was also talk about a Jade Empire 2.

It wouldn't be the first time that the term "exclusive" has been used to mean "exclusive if you only look at consoles".

See also Halo (an Xbox exclusive even after the PC release) and, I think, GTA3 until the Xbox release.

I hate exclusive releases, it means us PC dwellers need to buy a console just to play the freakin' game with bad controls.
