Default Any love for Weezer

Just wondering if there are any other ludicrously devoted Weezer fans who have picked up the new album. Would like to know what others think about it.

I haven't heard a lot of songs from Weezer, but from what I heard, they're mindnumbingly bland. I bet if I went up to ten people I know, they wouldn't even know who these guys are.

They're too young to care.

Some recommendations: Ozma, The Adventures Of Jet, Piebald, Fountains Of Wayne, Koufax, Motion City Soundtrack, The Stereo. Better than Maladroit.

I thought everyone's heard of Weezer. They've sold millions of albums over the past 10 years. The new album just sold a little less than 200,000 copies in it's first week.

I dunno, they just seem like they're trying to be odd for odds sake. And their last video really sucked.

Speaking of selling out, anyone see "Holla Back Girl" by Gwen Stefani?

Nope. Weezer's "Keep fishin'" clip was kinda cute though.

Although the song itself is indeed bLand.
