Should I see this movie?
And what about this one? is it worth a viewing?

Can't say anything about the first one

but Intolerable Cruelty was a great movie, a true Coen brothers movie, but not as good as their previous work.

It's hard for me to say this but I enjoyed George Clooney's performance very much.

Intolerable Cruelty was great if you don't have the wrong expectations - it's NOT a romantic comedy. It's a comedy about a romance. It's got some brilliantly funny moments, and a great cast.

I'm looking forward to Love Actually, it seems fun. And I seldom get the chance to see a movie with my sister (which I also saw Intolerable Cruelty with).
