I'm standing in an open field west of a white house, with a boarded front door.
There is a small mailbox here. Hah. Thanks for the welcome. My online handle is Daishi but for Adventure Game purposes I'm going by The Golden Anvil since I'm producing a game by that name (see what I did there?). Favorite adventure games? Well since we've already referenced textventures, I can start there. Zork, obviously. Trinity. A Mind Forever Voyaging. A little more modern... Tex Murphy games were great. The Sierra line, such as King's Quest and Space Quest. Lucasarts games... Monkey Island, Grim Fandango, Full Throttle, Loom, the Dig, Sam and Max, and my favorite, Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis. More recent... The Longest Journey, Dreamfall, Runaway (Despite its awful voice acting), The Whispered World. Telltale's stuff like Tales of MI, the Sam and Max seasons. Oh. Peasant's Quest! |

No, I'm not into Twilight, I just accidentally set up a really bad and obvious joke there. Although I have been compared to Count Chocula because of the thick accent I used to sport. And you will find my existence here is mostly limited to coffin dwelling (i.e. lurking). Alas, I've gone on with vampire "humor" long enough, and my disdain of Twilight is in danger of being brought into question. I will concede, however, that the only vampire media I ever liked was the movie "Let me in". So yeah, I'm honestly not at all obsessed! hehe.. he
