Yipeeeee!
Didn't get into first-choice Stanford, though. |

Hint: Don't spread around Berkeley that Stanford was your first choice

So will you be joining us, or do you still have other offers to consider?
P.S. Take Doug's advice; we don't want to hear any Stanford sympathizing on this side of the bay!

Roger that about Stanford. Once I step foot on Berkeley, Berkeley is my first choice, my favorite school, my dream location, and my home for the next four years
Which brings me to the other question. Still waiting for 5 more colleges' replies; but really only two of them are neck to neck with Berkeley in terms of my preference. And both of them are bloody competitive. |

In Hindi/Urdu, a slang expression of congratulating is: "dude, you just scored a ho!" where "kode" means "dude" and "mubarak" means "scored". I don't think they had treppie in mind, though
I myself am partial to giving out trophies: "Here the Kode, have 2 trophies!"

If it matters anymore, after a real bloodbath yesterday, my choices have whittled down to Cornell and Berkeley...
I wonder which one I'll choose. And anticipation is over and I'm still alive. |

In all honesty, I recommend going to a smaller school. My experience at Berkeley has largely been a pain in the ass. |

Don't forget that Cornell is home of the Grim Fandango mural, as well as Mojo's ex-programer DJG.

Don't forget that UC Berkeley is home of Tim Schafer. Where would your precious mural be without HIM, huh?!
