1. Yes.
2. Yes.
3. Yes.

I sound like Meg Ryan in When Harry Met Sally. Egads.

1. I like the way I look, but I also know that I'm no supermodel. You could say I'm a bit of a niche interest. And yanno, I wouldn't have it any other way.
2. Depends on the position and whether I believe I could properly use said power in a way that was beneficial to mankind. Go bleeding-heart humanitarianism!
3. I don't believe things suddenly get proven wrong; if I really could be swayed into thinking something I'd initially believed in was wrong, it would probably be because I'd secretly been doubting it already but probably denying it to myself. That said, I'd go over the evidence and do my research, and if I were indeed wrong, I would revise my beliefs accordingly. (Note that here I'm thinking more of "wrong for me, personally", because my current worldview sees most wrongs as predominantly subjective.)

1. This is essentially a situation of etiquette that can be easily solved: "Erm, why not let's continue this conversation outside, where it's less awkward?"

2. If it's a rather fun and amusing false dilemma, then I would like to have a fun and amusing time with it. I don't have a favourite.

3. I think it's their prerogative, just as I think it's none of my business if they choose to keep it private.

1. Do you like to go shopping alone or with another person?

2. Plato or Socrates? (and no, you must choose only between these two)

3. What are you doing now that is helping to ease the world's environmental problems?

1. I don't like that at all and I try to say as little as possible without appearing to be rude.

2. "You are either with us or against us." That argument has been used by God and G.W. Bush to prove they're right, and because of that I believe in them less.

3. Colleagues and other people you meet in non-private situations can do as they like, but I have a friend who also does that, and it annoys me no end. I have been in close contact with him for 20 years or so and sometimes I have the feeling I don't know him at all.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

I liked the questions I came up with earlier so much I post them again here:

1. Is there a person in your life of whom you only have to think to feel all warm and happy inside?

2. Is there a thing in your life of which you only have to think to feel all warm and happy inside?

3. Is there a moment in your life you only have to think about to feel all warm and happy inside?

1. Way too embarrasing to post of a forum.
2. No.
3. I admire my dad a lot. He's always been a very understanding and involved father, he never used corporal punishments, he's also an excellent educationalist although that's not his profession. He's also been prominent within his profession as a scientist for our governement.

1. I decided to study computer science because I was good at math and the like in high school and I had this crazy delusion of wanting to work in the game industry. Five years later, the delusion still exists; however, I'm less enthused about math and the technical side of things than I was before, realising that I'd rather be more well-rounded as a person. I've taken more electives in the humanities than your typical CS student as a result.
2. Less than most professions, stereotypically speaking, but ideally not completely devoid of them, in my view. Being a good artist of any kind means being a student of life, or so I've gathered.
3. I start fidgeting. Does that count?

1. Is Kant's categorical imperative feasible with regards to your current view of morality? Why/why not?
2. Consequentialism, deontology, or virtue ethics?
3. Should we bring back pederasty?

That's what you get for mentioning Socrates and Plato.

Anyway, Wikipedia is your friend:
Categorical Imperative
Consequentialism
Deontology
Virtue Ethics
Pederasty

Well, I'll just continue with Jelsie's questions, then.

1. I love furthering the study and appreciation of art and culture. These two things give great and profound insight into us as human beings.

2. A LOT. And for me it's great because I'm naturally inclined to help and work with people.

3. No. I may get nervous, but then I stop and say "I don't like this and I'm gonna do something about it."

____________

1. Name one place to where you would love to take a long road trip.

2. Who would be waiting at that destination?

3. What would be the first thing you do when you meet that person?

1. It seems somewhat self-serving, and comes off like rules written for a robot rather than a human. I don't agree with parts of it either. A combination of the Golden Rule and "Don't be an asshole" is much more succinct and better.
2. Consequentialism sounds more my thing.
3. Of course not. An adult and kid are on a different maturity level.

1. New York City.
2. Anthony Bourdain.
3. We'd go eat.

1. Morning. It helps me wake up. I feel blah if I don't shower first thing in the morning.
2. You bet. I'm pumped and ready to go afterwards.
3. Bright. Dim lighting makes me tired and my eyes hurt. I like skylights for that reason.

1. Every room has a window, so I'm not sure I'd need a skylight.
2. This.
3. I don't trust my construction skills, and I'd probably be allergic to the food there. Either way I die.

1) Gemini Man, for sure! I don't know why. I always thought he was the coolest.
2) I like to be, but rarely am.
3) You freaking bet. My desk is COVERED with little notes and ideas. I don't always do something with them, but it's good to know they're there in case.

1. Spiderman, because he has a better theme song.
2. Yes, though there would have to be a compelling reason why. (Note: "to prove that I can" is compelling enough.)
3. Piano wins points for ease of use and adaptability, whereas guitar is far superior in terms of being portable. That said, I prefer instruments that aren't the sort that everyone and their dog knows how to play.

1. No. Actually, I prefer old-school TVs, because they're a lot more fun to hook old-school gaming consoles up to.
2. As long as I can hear it clearly, I don't care. I listen to most music through earphones when I'm riding the bus, anyway.
3. Not necessarily the best possible, but I'd like it to taste good.
