Do you have any thoughts about the role of Hiro's father?

I have a feeling he's the guy HRG answers to...or who knows, it could be the other way around.

That was sort of implied in the scene where HRG.. follows his orders..

He's obviously the man behind the whole organization that's researching the 'Heroes'.

Heroes is finally back in air after a long, long 1,5 months hiatus.

But oh yes! That was one amazing episode!

So is this another of those TV series that I need to get on DVD (because I stopped watching broadcast TV)? As in Lost, BSG, Deadwood?

Yes, I think anyway. I think that you will probably like it.

Yah, it'll be amazing on DVD, when you can watch the entire sixteen-hour story in one sitting.

Mrs.R was watching the Today show and reported to me that the young man who plays Hiro was telling that the show was picked up for another seaon. Also, he does a wonderful George Takei impression

Yeah, the show is getting a 2nd season, but the word is that most of the characters if not all are going to be replaced with new ones and everything will be different, new storyline, new characters, everything. Except maybe Hiro, I'm thinking that he is quite a central character and we haven't yet seen much of what he will do.

I think it's interesting if they are going to go that way with the series.

Chapter 20 is the coolest thing I've seen in months. Only question I have is, how can they possibly top it? It's not even the end of the Volume yet! This is the best show to be on TV in years. If it's not recognized as a classic twenty years from now (assuming they keep it anywhere near this level of quality in the future), there's something wrong with TV-watchers. But I'm not worried at all.

I thought the same thing about Farscape. Well, at least the first 2 seasons, before they became sex crazed.

Still three episodes to go and the latest was amazing again.

Anyone still watching this?

I waited a while before starting on the 2nd Season if only because the Season One finale left me a bit disappointed.

But after catching up with Season Two, the whole finale was a whole lot more satisfying due to it

Spoiler:
not at all being the end of that storyline, so to speak.

Love The Company, love the Bennett family, not so much Nici's family, Hiro's childhood tale wandering and last but not least
Spoiler:
a weakened Sylar

The latest episode also closed on a huge cliffhanger, but they're probably going to wuss out and not let this have any huge consequences.

So.. before I ramble on. Anyone else seen Season - ..err, sorry - Volume Two?

I wonder what is going to happen to Heroes.

The ratings haven't been that high in the USA lately, or so I've heard?
