Not as annoying as replying to a post just for the heck of it.

I just hate people who bump threads when they have nothing useful or even amusing to add.

Here here! This "new thread starting thing" is getting on my nerves! Every day there's a new thread about this or a new thread about that. All of them have to be read, and most of them have to be responded to. It's almost like work, plus all these new threads keep attracting new forumites. And you know what new forumites leads to...the free and open exchange of ideas and opinions across the globe. That's scary stuff.
Even scarier is how you find out by talking to these people from faraway lands that you have much more in common with them than you would have ever thought possible. Why, that's almost sowing the seeds of world peace!
I ask you...who wants that?

Nah, I just skip the uninteresting ones. And yes, I judge that usually by the name of the thread. I originally thought "thread must die" was talking about the Three word story, since someone had been talking about how it should die right when the thread was made, and that's why I missed at least the first 5 pages...

Hence, I don't really care. Go ahead, make all the threads in the first page yours. It should be quite interesting actually. A moment ago, the first 5 were yours.

If you are referring to the "My Gay Boyfriend" thread, then

Actually, I was being ironic. Because I was bumping this thread despite having nothing useful to say...

Oh, never mind .

Hey, we've got to keep Rob amused somehow. The "Thread Must Die" thread can only last so long.

How long is it until the heat death of the universe anyway?

How could he have died for my sins when I wasn't even born then? Nah, that's all propaganda...
