Favorite Kid's Shows
Sesame Street- I can remember when this show taught both Spanish and English, and also when it taught American Sign Language.
The Electric Company- In many ways, "Sesame Street" for slightly older kids. No matter what role Morgan Freeman plays, he'll always be "Easy Reader" to me. Mister Roger's Neighborhood- Yeah, it was often sappy, but I loved it anyway. I screamed with laughter when I recognized Betty Aberlin playing a faith-critical nun in "Dogma".

Adventures of Pete & Pete. I watched these again earlier this year, and they were still entertaining.

Real Ghostbusters Rock!!
Mentioned in another thread too, but Dogtanian. Here's hoping Santy Claus got me series 2 on DVD. In a similar vein, Round the World with Willy Fogg. Can't forget Funhouse with Pat Sharp. The twins, ahhhh!

Pth! That's easily beaten by: THE GHOSTBUSTERS!! (Nobody can beat a Gorilla, and a talking car, you know. And a little pink piggy-bat) Also, you gotta love He-Man, in all it's cheap glory! Oh, and I think I really should get the TV version of Disney's "Aladdin" on DVD. I really loved that show. Also, it had Mozenrath (Often called by fans "Mozy" ) as a villain. Not only is he rather dashing and young, but he's a villain that is actually competent. He's not one of the laughing stock, but also not totally bereft of humour. The gauntlet he wears is magical, and gives him great magical powers, but it also resulted in his right hand being skeletal beneath it (I am not sure, but it is possible that he might not be able to move the hand/arm if the glove is gone. He wears it most of the time, but there are some times he is forcibly separated from it.) He would surely have already taken over the world, if it wouldn't be for the fact that he is on his own (together with his flying-eel-thing companion Xerxes...oh, and his horde of Sand Zombies! But be serious, not even Sand Zombies are a lot smarter than your average Zombie. A bit faster maybe...) and Aladdin has Genie, Jasmine, Abu, some other people, at one time other Genies, etc. But he's basically much more powerful than Aladdin, or the Genie (and in fact, possibly more powerful than both together), which is quite remarkable if you remember that Mozenrath is about the same age as Aladdin. And apart from 'Mozy', that show had a great amount of great villains (And sometimes it had Flying-Pigs-that-play-Polo-with-the-Stars(). ...isn't it just screaming out at you "EVIL!"? -
