I think Moogie is that Ferengi word for "Mother" or "Wife", Mummy. I am not sure which one, though. Or am I completely wrong?

Something like that, I never watched Deep Space Nine. I'm just not sure whether he's a member of the family or not. (Ferengies are so creepy.) But Paul knows about how Moogie fits in.

I never watched Deep Space Nine either, except for a few episodes. I rather liked Rom, Quark's brother, but he's quite different from other Ferengis.
