Imagine a cricket match where the clubhouse is an Inn. You wait in the Inn until you are in. When the previous batter is out he goes in the Inn and you go out of the Inn, because you are in. When you are out you come in until you are all out when you all go out of the Inn and the other team come in to the Inn (except two who are in and so stay out) becuase they are in. And that's just the first innings!
