Secondly, define "Quest Series" then. And good work SerialFreak for taking my advice on board about changing the name of the thread. |

Police Quest.
Always loved them. PQ2 is my fave, then probably PQ3, then PQ1 - and PQ4 is my least favourite - probably because of the whole fact that its a new storyline, no Sonny Bonds, no Lytton, etc.

Quest For Glory has and always will be my favorite Sierra series.
That reminds me, I still haven't played QFG 5 yet.

LSL because I don't like games with the word "quest" in their title.
Hamburger making sequence in SQ4 was pretty cool though |

I don't think you can edit polls once they're posted.

King's Quest: Mask of Eternity was one of the first adventure games I've played, and I was totally into it, and so was my brother and father. Oh, I remember the start (and some various other spots)... They were so mystical and mysterious (oh my god how much I use that word here). Maybe I should install it again to see what it feels like today...

Well the LSL series had a 'quest' theme throughout the series, whether it was to find true love or to just get laid whenever possible.
I started early and played the LSL games (well 1 through 3) when i was 9 years old, though that was moreso just for the trivia questions at the start of #1 & #3. But as i got older i started playing through the games. This was on Commodore Amiga... didn't play the PC versions until some years later. I eventually got the LSL Ultimate Pleasure Pack almost 3 years ago. I love the humour displayed throughout the series Loved Police Quest, especially the first 3 - the letdown in a way with 4 as already mentioned, was that they didn't continue the Sonny Bonds story (though what can you do when you've eliminated the death angel & another Bains relative etc). Couldn't get into the Swat series, mainly because i think i only had the demo version of it that would only let do the old woman in the house scenario (its weird if it really is the demo as its on 4 cd's). Space Quest & Kings Quest didn't appeal to me. |
