Nice find on the official site. Also I found a promising new FMV game like Alternate Endings.
Hysteria Project Launch Price: $1.99 iTunes Store URL: http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/M...305911637&mt=8 I believe Hysteria Project is to be episodic with more coming soon. Edit: I also just stumbled upon the exploration game Submachine ported to the iPhone (first episode) Submachine Launch Price: $1.99 iTunes Store URL: http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/M...308723201&mt=8 $2 seems a bit high for a game you can play online for free.

Myst is already #10 in the top 25 paid apps on iTunes. Who says adventure gaming is dead?

Well, Myst has been accused of killing the genre, so …

What do you mean? There have already been a couple of full length true adventures games released for the platform.

Yeah, I forgot Myst. I have that on my iPhone as well. But what else? I feel 1112 and CSI don't really count.

EDIT: Well, I'll be damned. I did *not* know that was out there. I'm not sure if I'll get Flight of the Amazon Queen, seeing as I can just run it in ScummVM if I want, but this is awesome nonetheless. How did I miss this. Although it does seem like they just used ScummVM and put it out there on the App Store. It's been done before with other titles (Flashback). Last edited by Thaurin; 05-30-2009 at 01:26 PM. |

Curse of Monkey Island or Broken Sword would be great games to have on the iphone/ipod.
But for the moment, iBass is being developed and that's awesome news! |

I think I might download Return to Mysterious Island. It looks pretty sweet. I don't know why everyone acts like these things are expensive.
