Both screenies have a very similar look to Starship Titanic but I'm sure it's not that. Could it be something else by the same company?

No, this one is from a Swedish developer, and I don't think they're still in business (their website is down).

Edit .... Apologies for not realising at first. This is freeware game. I thought it was a commercial release as I have it on a CD-ROM with another game bought from the company involved. I realise that freeware games are probably not allowed. Oops! Can anyone get it anyway?
