Like you already guessed: "You are outside the palace walls" gives exactly one result on Google.
In hindsight, I better shouldn't have said that it is cheatable. I'm not sure if anyone else would have noticed. I don't know from which nearly unknown game I should post a screenshot. So, anyone who wants to post one can do. |

 )Try this (lacking in any text at all) one then.  There was a delay in posting this picture (which I already had to hand for something else I was doing recently) as I realised the picture was actually named as the game title.

Hmmmm. Perhaps too retro. It was a game for the Commordore 64 (not sure if it had a ZX Spectrum release) It was also a sequel.
