i need the code for the safe right at the begging or am i missin something i been back to nicos apartment walked about on the street spoke to everyone, spoke to hackers girlfriend but she ran off

i'm all stuck and i only been playing for a few hours

Did you find a wig near the apartment over the graffiti wall yet? Examine it and ask around about it. This triggers some other events to get things moving again. You'll come across the hacker's girl a little later if I remember correctly. Try it, anyway. If I'm wrong, don't shoot me; I'm old.

you need to use the make up stick - once you've melted it

go back up to the popcorn stand (where nico was caught) and get a paper cup you can then put the make up stick in the cup and melt it in front of the stage lights
