Christmas Quests 1-3

Hi, I'm new to adventuregamers and came across the Christmas Quest games so am very keen to play them. Unfortunately, all the links to download the games start out ok (that is, they appear to be downloading) but whether I run or save them, I get the same message that the zipped file is invalid or corrupted. Can anyone suggest why this might be? I don't normally have any problem downloading games.

How large are the zip files after they've downloaded?

You might try deleting the files (which sound like they didn't download completely) and then download again, but instead of clicking the pictures in the article, right click them and select "save target as" or "save link as".

If that doesn't work and you have another browser installed, try it with that. Sometimes if a download becomes corrupt, you end up with partially downloaded temp files that interfere with a new download. Deleting your browser's temp files or rebooting the computer could help to clear these, as well.

Hi there.

I have a different problem. When I try to download either part, I get the message

You don't have permission to access /files/CQfinal.zip on this server.

Any help?

Eek! What's the point of making games if people can't play them?

That's a problem on our end. Will try get that fixed ASAP.
